Rantoul Corporate Center Offers Office and Retail Space

Businesses both large and small will soon have the opportunity to lease
office space in the newly renovated Rantoul Corporate Center.
Located near the Forum Fitness Center, the future library and aquatic
centers, daycare facilities, restaurants and several of Rantoul's industrial
businesses, the Corporate Center, at 116 East Neal Drive, has the ability
to house a number of different office and retail tenants.
Kenneth Roessler of Robeson, Roessler & Associates, LLC, Developer,
indicates that the Corporate Center building, which was originally constructed
to house the Base Exchange on the former Chanute Air Force Base, is ideal
for a variety of businesses.
"The building was built with a number of retail suites along the front
which contained businesses from restaurants to florists to barber shops
to beauty salons. We are utilizing the existing suites and extending
them so that each has a storefront which can be conveniently entered from
the parking lot," Roessler said. "There is already a large parking
lot at the site which will provide ample parking for customers of the Center's
tenants."
Available space in the Corporate Center will be leased based on tenant's
needs.
"The plan is to be flexible," says Alan Nudo of Robeson, Roessler & Associates. "We
will complete one model to give businesses an idea of what a finished unit
could look like. Other than that, we will hold on renovation until
the tenant tells us what they want."
Nudo indicated that the space will be priced to be attractive to large
and small businesses at $4.00 per square foot, triple net.
